Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets

Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets are designed to provide relief from common cold and flu symptoms. They are dissolved in hot water to make a soothing lemon-flavoured drink.

Key benefits:

  • Helps relieve headaches, body aches, fever and sore throats.
  • Helps reduce nasal congestion and a blocked nose.
  • Contains paracetamol, which relieves pain and reduces fever.
  • Contains phenylephrine, a decongestant that helps relieve a blocked nose.
  • Provides a warm, soothing drink that can help you feel more comfortable when you have a cold or flu.

Cold vs Flu

Although colds and flu are both caused by viruses, their symptoms can differ:

  • Cold: Symptoms usually develop gradually and mainly affect the nose and throat.
  • Flu: Symptoms often appear suddenly and can be more severe.
  • Flu may cause fever, headaches, muscle aches and significant tiredness.
  • A cold is generally milder and may not stop you from carrying out your normal activities.
