Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer a number of shipping services via Royal Mail which can be calculated and viewed prior to checkout and selected at checkout of your preference. We will deliver products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Some orders may be delivered in more than 1 package.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a FULL valid U.K address is saved and provided. We will only dispatch packages to the address provided. NO amendment addresses, after an order is received will be accepted. We will cancel orders, if there are issues in regards to an address (i.e no house number, no postcode etc).

If Royal Mail fail to deliver a package due to addressing issues, or there is a non collection from a collection point or failed delivery for any reason, the package will be returned back to us. Once returned, a refund will be processed deducting the full shipping cost. Buyer will then be required to repurchase the product once again.

We attempt to ensure all orders are dispatched within 1 working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery timescales are indicative only. All order deliveries are at the discretion of your local Royal Mail depot once it has been collected from our site. If a buyer requires a package in shorter delivery times, then we suggest to select Royal Mail 24 hours service, which is a 1-3 days delivery service, but once again this is indicative and at the discretion of your local Royal Mail depot.

During festive periods like Christmas and Easter, alongside public bank holidays, processing and dispatch times will be longer than usual. Please check Royal Mail service updates for these periods. This also includes in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver packages within the estimated timescales where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our control and remit.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. If we are unable to do so, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, non consumed and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us WITHOUT CONTACTING US first, requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

P.S ALL RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID BY THE BUYER.  It is the buyers responsibility to ensure returning the item on a reliable dispatch shipping service. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure return is made.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect product. This so that we can evaluate and resolve any issues experienced. We aim to ensure all issues are fully resolved, but tis can only be done if buyer's make contact.

Non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and consumed. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your package has been received and inspected, we shall immediately start to process your refund to your original payment method. It is at the discretion of your bank or credit card company on the timescale to process your refund.
