Sterimar Breathe Easy Nasal Spray is a 100% natural sea-water nasal spray designed to gently cleanse the nasal passages and help remove impurities.

Directions for Use
- Prime the spray by briefly pressing the bottle.
- Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Press the spray briefly while keeping your head upright.
- Avoid tilting your head backwards or sniffing during application.
- Blow your nose gently after spraying.
- Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Use 2–6 times daily, as required.
Age Restriction
- Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Storage & Safety
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging. The expiry date refers to the last day of the stated month.
- Always read the enclosed leaflet carefully before using the product.

Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
