Vitabiotics Ultra Iron is a sustained-release iron supplement with added vitamin C, B12, and folic acid to support energy levels, reduce tiredness, and promote healthy blood formation. Suitable for vegetarians. Take one tablet daily with a main meal.

Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
